I request that the following be funded:

to the department of environment

•

RUIDOSO DOWNS SEWER SYSTEM EXTEND

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design and construct a sewer system

extension to the Agua Fria area of Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county

RUIDOSO DOWNS WATER/WASTEWATER EMERGENCY IMPROVE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct emergency water and

wastewater system improvements, including improvements to reservoirs, in Ruidoso Downs

in Lincoln county

to the department of transportation

•

RUIDOSO DOWNS PARKER RD AREA DRAINAGE IMPROVE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct drainage

improvements, including resurfacing, to the Parker road area of Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln

county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

•

RUIDOSO DOWNS FIRE STATION CONSTRUCT

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a fire

station in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county

to the office of the state engineer

RUIDOSO DOWNS WATER RIGHTS

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to purchase water rights for a water well in

Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county
