I request that the following be funded:

Rod Adair

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

CHAVES CO COURTHOUSE MUSEUM

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan, design, construct and furnish a museum in

the courthouse in Chaves county

CHAVES CO COURTHOUSE STATUE

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design, construct and install a statue of

Pat Garrett for the plaza and parking area east of the courthouse in Roswell in Chaves county

CHAVES CO EAST GRAND PLAINS FIRE DEPARTMENT

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to purchase an aerial ladder truck for the east

Grand Plains volunteer fire department in Chaves county

CHAVES CO MULTIPURPOSE CENTER AND PLAYGROUNDS

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to plan, design, construct and equip,

including land acquisition, a multipurpose center for the court-appointed special advocate

program in Chaves county
