three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to purchase land and plan, design, construct and

equip an administrative service facility for the Don Fernando de Taos land grant in Taos

county

to the office of the state engineer

TAOS VALLEY WATER RIGHTS PURCHASE

four hundred ninety-nine thousand dollars ($499,000) to purchase water rights in the Taos

valley for area acequia associations in Taos county
