seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including resurfacing, to Base Line road in Roosevelt county

NORTH INDUSTRIAL DR IMPROVEMENTS IN ROOSEVELT CO

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to plan, design and construct improvements, including

resurfacing, to North Industrial drive between New Mexico highway 267 and west 18th street

in Roosevelt county
