seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design, survey, acquire rights of
way and construct a wastewater system, including gravity sewer lines and a lift station, in the
Montana Vista area of Dona Ana county
to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

3RD JUD DIST BUILDING RENOVATE
three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to renovate the third judicial district court
building in Dona Ana county
DONA ANA CO DETENTION CENTER KITCHEN RENOVATE
one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) to renovate the kitchen facility at the
detention center in Dona Ana county
DONA ANA CO DETENTION CTR EXPANSION
six million dollars ($6,000,000) to plan, design and construct renovations to the detention
center, including expanding bed capacity and the booking and release station, in Dona Ana
county
DONA ANA CO DRAINAGE VEHICLES/EQUIP
three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to purchase vehicles and equipment for drainage
maintenance and control in Dona Ana county
DONA ANA CO FAIRGROUNDS SEPTIC SYSTEM/IMPROVE
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct a septic system and
make other improvements at the fairgrounds in Dona Ana county

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to make improvements to and equip parks in Dona
Ana county
DONA ANA CO VEHICLES/EQUIP FOR INFECTIOUS DISEASE
thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to purchase and equip vehicles with sprayers and foggers to
assist the facilities and parks division of the county in controlling the spread of infectious
disease in Dona Ana county
DONA ANA CO/SOUTH SWIMMING POOL STUDY
thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for a study to construct a swimming pool in the southern
portion of Dona Ana county
DONA ANA COUNTY MASTER PLAN
three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for a master plan to determine land use and
infrastructure projects and identify areas of development and preservation in Dona Ana
county
FAIRACRES VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPT STATION EXPAND
four hundred twenty thousand dollars ($420,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the
expansion of the Fairacres volunteer fire department station in Dona Ana county
RAASAF HILLS PARK CONSTRUCT
one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to plan, design and construct Raasaf Hills
park in Dona Ana county
BERINO PARK PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCT
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct a playground at
Berino park in Dona Ana county
CHAMBERINO COMMUNITY CENTER
four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to acquire land for and plan, design,
construct, equip and furnish the Chamberino community center in Dona Ana county

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to acquire and renovate a building in Las
Cruces for La Pinon sexual assault recovery of southern New Mexico to be owned by Dona
Ana county
VADO BIKE & WALKING TRAIL
two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to plan, design and construct a bicycle
and walking trail in Vado in Dona Ana county
VADO DEL CERRO COMMUNITY CENTER/SITE
three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to plan, design and construct, including site
improvements, the Vado del Cerro community center in Vado in Dona Ana county
