to the department of environment

DES MOINES WATER SYSTEM

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to plan, design, construct, purchase,

equip and install a water system in Des Moines in Union county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

DES MOINES EMS BUILDING

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish an

emergency medical services building in Des Moines in Union county

to the office of the state engineer

•

DES MOINES WATER RIGHTS PURCHASE

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to purchase water rights for Des Moines in Union

county
