CARLSBAD SWCD PIPELINE REPAIR/UPGRADE

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to repair and upgrade the pipelines for the irrigation

water delivery system in the Carlsbad soil and water conservation district in Eddy county

CARLSBAD SWCD WATERSHED IMPROVE

two hundred forty-two thousand dollars ($242,000) to plan, design and construct watershed

improvements to reduce flooding in the La Huerta area in the Carlsbad soil and water

conservation district in Eddy county
