one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

county road 23 in McKinley county

MCKINLEY CO ROAD 37 IMPROVE

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

county road 37 in McKinley county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

THOREAU OUTDOOR RECREATION FACILITY CONSTRUCT

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to plan, design and construct a recreational facility in

Thoreau in McKinley county

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university
