fifty-nine thousand dollars ($59,000) to plan, design and construct water system

improvements for the Abiquiu domestic water users association in Rio Arriba county

ENSENADA MDWC & MSWA IMPROVE

six hundred ninety-one thousand dollars ($691,000) to plan, design and construct water

system improvements for the Ensenada mutual domestic water consumers and mutual sewage

works association in Rio Arriba county

ESPANOLA VALLEY REGIONAL WATER FACILITY

two million dollars ($2,000,000) to design and construct a regional water treatment and

diversion facility in Espanola in Rio Arriba county
