two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, construct, renovate and equip

improvements and additions to the Colfax community health services building in Colfax

RATON THEATER IMPROVE

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to plan, design, improve and equip the theater in Raton in

Colfax county

RATON WORLD WAR II MEMORIAL

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan, design and construct a World War II

memorial in Raton in Colfax county

QUESTA LITTLE LEAGUE FIELD

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to plan, design and construct a little league field, including

dugouts, playgrounds and fencing, in Questa in Taos county
