solid waste landfill cell for the Estancia Valley solid waste authority in the Torrance county

and Bernalillo county regional landfill

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ESTANCIA VALLEY SOLID WASTE AUTH OFFICE BLDG

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct an office building

for the Estancia Valley solid waste authority, including a recycling center, in Estancia in

Torrance county
