TORRANCE CO SOLID WASTE LANDFILL CONSTRUCT

thirty-four thousand dollars ($34,000) to construct and line a subtitle D municipal solid waste

landfill cell for the Estancia Valley solid waste authority in the Torrance county and

Bernalillo county regional landfill
