four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to purchase a wastewater pretreatment plant, to

acquire land, make improvements and design, equip and construct wastewater system

infrastructure for economic development projects in Clovis in Curry county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

CLOVIS INDUSTRIAL PARK RDS/BUILDINGS/INFRA

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, construct and equip the Clovis

industrial park, including roads, curbs, gutters, drainage, utility infrastructure, wastewater

infrastructure, a business accelerator facility and railroad siding and fixtures, in Curry county

CLOVIS NORMAN PETTY STUDIOS & MUSEUM IMPROVE/LAND

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to acquire land and buildings, make

improvements and plan, design, construct, equip and furnish the Norman Petty studios and

museum in Clovis in Curry county
