SENATE BILL 319

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 7, lines 3 and 4, strike Section 4 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new section:

    "Section 4. APPLICABILITY.--The provisions of this act apply to taxes for which returns are due on or after January 1, 2006.".
