    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 100, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. Strike Senate Education Committee Amendments 1 and 3.

    2. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "THAT CONTRACTORS EMPLOY LICENSED TEACHERS AS TUTORS" and insert in lieu thereof "A SLIDING- FEE SCHEDULE BASED ON EDUCATIONAL LEVELS OF TUTORS".

    3. On page 4, line 8, after "shall" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 9, strike line 10 up to "tutors" and insert in lieu thereof "include the adoption of a sliding-fee schedule based on the educational level of".
