AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE MARKETING AND ADVERTISING OF GOLF IN THE SANTA FE AREA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico sports authority for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to advertise and market golf in the Santa Fe area. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
