AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR UNDERCOVER NARCOTIC AGENT SERVICES IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of public safety for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for undercover narcotic agent services for the area of the south valley of Bernalillo county between Central avenue southwest on the north, Rio Bravo boulevard southwest on the south, Coors boulevard southwest on the west and the Rio Grande on the east. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
