AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ADDITIONAL STAFF IN THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to pay for additional staff in the third judicial district court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
