AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ALAMOGORDO BRANCH OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY TO PROMOTE FILM DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to promote film development and production at the university's Alamogordo branch. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
