AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF LA MESILLA PLANS IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to implement plans in La Mesilla in Rio Arriba county for a safe and accessible low-water crossing for the south side of an arroyo and for a water tank at La Mesilla fire station. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
