AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO INCREASE REIMBURSEMENT RATES FOR PROVIDERS OF DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES SERVICES IN NON-MEDICAID PROGRAMS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($355,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to increase reimbursement rates for providers of non-medicaid services to the developmentally disabled. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
