has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 17, strike “year 2007”, and insert in lieu thereof “years 2007 and fiscal year 2008".

    2. On page 1, line 19, strike “2007" and insert in lieu thereof “2008",

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
