AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER AT NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 for the early childhood center. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
