HOUSE BILL 272

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike “; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION”.

    2. On page 1, line 16, strike “one hundred million dollars ($100,000,000) is” and insert in lieu thereof “any amount”.

    3. On page 1, line 23, after “established” insert “as a permanent fund”.

    4. On page 1, line 25, strike “one hundred million” and insert in lieu thereof “any amount in the water trust fund shall not revert to the general fund.”

    5. On page 2, strike lines 1 and 2 in their entirety.
