AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SANTA FE FIESTA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-two thousand dollars ($62,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the tourism department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to plan, operate, promote and conduct the Santa Fe fiesta activities. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
