AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ADULT DRUG COURT PROGRAMS IN THE SEVENTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fourteen thousand seven hundred dollars ($214,700) is appropriated from the general fund to the seventh judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to provide for an adult drug court in the seventh judicial district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
