AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A WILDFIRE RESPONDER GUIDE FOR TAOS COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the forestry division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to prepare a wildfire responder guide for Taos county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
