HOUSE BILL 112

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 12, after "state" insert "or a local government".

     2. On page 8, line 13, remove the underscoring under "provide oversight of the administration of".

     3. On page 14, line 23, strike "federal" and insert in lieu thereof "other public".

     4. On page 15, line 23, strike "federal or".

     5. On page 15, line 24, before "funds" insert "or other public".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
