has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, line 11, strike "For" and insert in lieu thereof "In".

     2. On page 5, line 12, strike "through 2014" and insert in lieu thereof "and 2013".

     3. On page 5, line 14, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or".

     4. On page 5, lines 14 and 15, strike "or 2011”.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
