    Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 5

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 5, strike "650,000" and insert in lieu thereof "500,000".

     2. On page 3, between lines 8 and 9,insert:

    "(d) Output: Number of total attendees at annual

                   state fair event                        650,000".

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
