    Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 17

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike "REDUCING" and strike lines 14 through 17 in their entirety.

     2. On page 1, line 21, through page 5, line 21, strike Sections 1 and 2 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     4. On page 8, strike line 25, and on page 9, strike lines 1 through 7.

     5. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     6. On page 9, line 12, strike "Section 3" and insert in lieu thereof "Section 1".

     7. On page 9, strike lines 15 and 16.

     8. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

     9. On page 9, line 18, strike the subsection designation "A." and strike "of Sections 1, 3 and 4" and on lines 21 through 23, strike Subsection B in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
