FOR HOUSE BILL 9

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, strike “MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;”.

    2. On pages 8, 9 and 10, strike Sections 11 and 12 in their entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding Sections accordingly.
