I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

WEST CAPITOL & NEA BLDGS & RELOCATE STATE OFF, RET

The time of expenditure for the capital program fund project in Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.),

Chapter 23, Section 33 and reauthorized in Laws 2002, Chapter 99, Section 54 for a new

office building at the west capitol complex and to improve the NEA building and relocate

state agencies in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county is extended through fiscal year 2007. Any

unexpended balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the property

control reserve fund.
