The time of expenditure for the aging and long-term services department project in

Subsection B of Section 2 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) to plan, design and construct

or purchase a senior center for Amalia and Costilla in Taos county is extended through fiscal

year 2010.
