two hundred forty thousand dollars ($240,000) to plan, design and construct a

telecommunications infrastructure to serve Navajo communities in Casamero Lake,

Whitehorse Lake, Sand Springs, Rincon Marquez, Pueblo Pintado, Ojo Encino and Torreon

in McKinley and Sandoval counties
