I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

HILAND THEATER RENOVATE & ACQUIRE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriations to the local government division in

Subsections 5, 53 and 347 of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 for various

improvements at the Hiland theater shall not be expended for the original purposes but is

changed for renovation and acquisitions at the Hiland theater in Albuquerque in Bernalillo

county.
