I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

AMY BIEHL CHARTER HIGH SCHOOL, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division for the project

in Subsection 428 of Section 22 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 for a building for an adult

community mental health program in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original

purpose but is appropriated to the public education department to plan, design, construct,

equip and furnish Amy Biehl charter high school in the Albuquerque public school district in

Bernalillo county.
