The time of expenditure for the Indian affairs department project in Subsection E of Section

42 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to design and construct a multipurpose building at

the Rock Springs chapter of the Navajo Nation in McKinley county is extended through fiscal

year 2010.
