I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

COLUMBUS WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation made to the department of environment in

Subsection 45 of Section 29 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for wastewater line extensions in

Columbus in Luna county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to

make wastewater system improvements in Columbus.
