four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) to plan, design and construct

infrastructure improvements at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county

WNMU SIDEWALKS/ACCESSIBILITY IMPROVE

one hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($165,000) to plan, design and construct

improvements to sidewalks and accessibility to restrooms at western New Mexico university

in Silver City in Grant county

WNMU VOCATIONAL EDUCATION BUILDING IMPROVE

eight million nine hundred thirty thousand nine hundred fifty dollars ($8,930,950) to plan,

design and construct improvements to the vocational education building at western New

Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county
