four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct a regional police

firearms range in Clovis in Curry county

CLOVIS WELLNESS & YOUTH DEVELOPMENT CTR

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and

furnish a wellness and youth development center in Clovis in Curry county

CLOVIS YOUTH CENTER-PH 2

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for phase 2 planning, design, construction,

equipping and furnishing of the Clovis youth center in Clovis in Curry county
