and wastewater systems in Willard in Torrance county

to the department of transportation

WILLARD ROAD IMPROVEMENTS-TORRANCE COUNTY

ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) to plan, design and construct road improvements in Willard

in Torrance county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration
