three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the

treatment plant in Estancia in Torrance county

ESTANCIA WATER SYSTEM IMPROVE

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct water system

improvements, including installation of water lines, in Estancia in Torrance county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ESTANCIA MEDICAL FACILITY

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish

the medical facility in Estancia in Torrance county

ESTANCIA MUNICIPAL BLDG IMPROVE

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the Estancia

municipal building in Estancia in Torrance county
