I request that the following be funded:

ESTANCIA WATER SYSTEM WELL & LINE-PH 1

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to plan, design and construct phase 1 water

system improvements, including a well and transmission lines, in Estancia in Torrance county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ESTANCIA MUNICIPAL BLDG IMPROVE

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the

Estancia municipal building in Estancia in Torrance county

ESTANCIA SWIMMING POOL & LIBRARY PARKING

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and landscape a

parking lot for the swimming pool and library in Estancia in Torrance county

to the office of the state engineer

ESTANCIA FLOOD RETENTION SPILLWAY CONSTRUCT

ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) to plan, design and construct a flood retention spillway in

Estancia in Torrance county
