I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

SANTA FE CO SENIOR BUS PURCHASE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the aging and long-term services department

in Subsection 48 of Section 20 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for the purchase of a bus for

senior citizens in Rio Arriba, San Miguel and Santa Fe counties shall not be expended for the

original purpose but is changed to purchase a bus for seniors in Santa Fe county only and is

extended through fiscal year 2006.
