I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

LOVING COMMUNITY CENTER RENOVATE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

130 of Section 22 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to renovate the community service center in

Loving in Eddy county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to

renovate the Loving community center.
