one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($135,000) to plan, design and construct a

bituminous overlay on the roadway on the northerly edge of the Las Cruces city limits

beginning at north Valley drive in Dona Ana county

LEASBURG DAM RD ARROYO CROSSING-DONA ANA CO

three hundred thirteen thousand dollars ($313,000) to plan, design and construct an arroyo

crossing at the extension of Leasburg Dam road in Dona Ana county

MEADOR DRIVE IMPROVE-DONA ANA CO

one hundred fifty-five thousand dollars ($155,000) to plan, design and construct

improvements to Meador drive in Dona Ana county

SWARTZ RD IMPROVE-DONA ANA CO

one hundred thirty-five thousand dollars ($135,000) to plan, develop, design and construct a

bituminous overlay on Swartz road from north Valley drive to the end of the road in Dona

Ana county
