seven hundred forty-eight thousand five hundred dollars ($748,500) to plan, design and

construct, including the acquisition of rights of way, an effluent water recycling project in

Truth or Consequences in Sierra county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

TRUTH OR CONSEQUENCES MUSEUM/VISITOR CTR CONSTRUCT

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a museum and

visitors' center in Truth or Consequences in Sierra county
