I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

GALLUP DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SHELTER CONSTRUCT, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation for the local government division project in

Subsection 245 of Section 22 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 to plan and design an emergency

shelter for survivors of domestic violence in Gallup in McKinley county shall not be

expended for the original purpose but is changed to construct that shelter in that county.
