one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the

multipurpose center in Tularosa in Otero county

TULAROSA PUBLIC SAFETY BLDG COMMUNICATIONS TOWER

one hundred four thousand six hundred one dollars ($104,601) to plan, design and construct a

communications tower for the Tularosa safety building in Otero county
